Shipping your package
All packages are prepared by Terra Fourmis. The condition of the packaging is scrupulously checked by us before shipping.
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received.
Terra Fourmis declines all responsibility for damage caused by the carrier. Upon delivery, you have the right to check the condition of the delivered package and to refuse it if it is damaged. If when you open the package you notice a visible defect, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt. In this case, a small repair kit will be sent to you.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order.
The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
